Persons
Persons
Employees of customers, partners, interested parties, etc. are managed in the People folder.
The People folder contains the following icons in the toolbar:
Creating a person
Saving data
Search for data records with the criteria entered in the Search tab
Generate printouts in the form of reports or ePOS print rule sets
Delete the person. When this button is clicked, the system checks whether dependent data exists for this person. If such data is found, the user is informed and asked whether the address should still be deleted. If the answer to this question is yes, all dependent data is also deleted. In the search filter, pressing this button causes all fields to be emptied.

Paste a text from the clipboard
Go back to the last edited object. All edited objects are saved in the editing history. The list of objects can be displayed in the dashboard.
Open the address of the current person
Create a new lead / opportunity for this address
Create an offer with the current person as the person in charge.
Create an order with the current person as the person in charge.
Create a report for this person
Starting an ePOS set of rules for editing the features
Transfer the person or the list of persons to the Outlook contacts depending on the active register. This function is only active if the interface requiring a license is active. Depending on the system settings, the data is written to a special subfolder of the contacts.
Update the persons already transferred to Outlook. This function is only active if the interface requiring a license is active. Depending on the system settings, the data is written to a special subfolder of the contacts.
Create the person as an employee who can log in to SalesManager if the necessary rights have been assigned. This function is only active if the logged-in user has the necessary rights.
Create a new relationship. Persons can be related to addresses. E.G: Consultant<-> is advised by
Export one or more persons as a vCard.

Calling up the DSGVO system function. This icon is only visible to SalesManager administrators.
These symbols are shown/hidden depending on the tab selected. In the Search and List tabs, all symbols relating to operations on a specific object are omitted.
