Projects

With the project management module, projects can be coordinated and tracked across leads, quotations and orders in SalesManager. Leads, quotations and orders can be integrated directly into project management. Project management consists of a project header and tasks. Tasks are displayed in a tree structure (similar to the display in the shopping cart).

Note: The project management module requires a license.

The following toolbar is displayed in the Project tab:

If the Positions sub-tab is active:

Create a project and select the address.

Saving the data

Search for data records with the criteria entered in the Search tab

Generate printouts in the form of reports or ePOS print rule sets

Delete the project. If a project that refers to quotations and orders is deleted, these are not deleted. Only the reference to the project is removed.
In the search filter, clicking this button causes all fields to be emptied.

Cut a selected text.

Copy a selected text

Paste a text from the clipboard

Go back to the last edited object. All edited objects are saved in the editing history. The list of objects can be displayed in the dashboard.

Create a report for this project

Creating a new process

Create an offer for this project

Creating an order for this project

Delete the selected activity. If this process is a quotation or an order, only the project affiliation is deleted. The quotation or order is not deleted.

move the position up one level in the hierarchy. Another way of organizing the hierarchy is by dragging a position with the mouse. After dragging and releasing, the position is always moved below the position that was active when it was released.

These symbols are shown/hidden depending on the tab selected. In the Search and List tabs, all symbols relating to operations on a specific object are omitted.
