All telecommunications channels can be searched for and displayed in this folder. Double-click on an entry to be forwarded directly to the relevant address or person.

All central facilities should be assigned to the address. Extension numbers for specific persons should be assigned directly to the person (Person folder).

Hint:

The data can be easily entered and changed in the table. The area code and connection are always taken from the 1st entry as a suggestion, but can be changed as required.
