Addresses : Characteristics
The characteristics of the address are displayed here. The characteristics are edited via an ePOS set of rules, which can be accessed via the “Edit characteristics ”1 toolbar.
1Edit characteristics
The customer's standard Incoterms and payment terms can be selected in the upper section of this tab. If available, these are used as default values for quotations and orders.
Assigning different search terms makes it easier to search according to thematic criteria.
The various payment and delivery terms are maintained in the System tab. Only an administrator has access to this. Delivery and payment terms are passed on from the address via the offer and the order to the shopping cart and can be changed separately at each level.
The market that is automatically assigned to a new shopping cart can also be set here.
